LegalZoom is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and People & Places leaders to develop and execute thoughtful recruiting strategies across critical roles. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build diverse pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, business, or technical roles.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and talent-pipeline development skills.
• Experience using AI for sourcing and in day-to-day work.
• Experience delivering an inclusive, white glove, candidate-centered process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements.
• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, interviewing, offers, and closing.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Consult on market insights, selection practices, and equitable hiring.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience from outreach to onboarding handoff.
• Use data to monitor pipeline health and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with People & Places to improve recruiting programs and tools.
• Represent LegalZoom’s EVP and culture to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS.
