Job summary

IDB Group seeks a Corporate Services Specialist / Senior Associate to lead the Corporate Real Estate Group’s HQ space planning, project delivery, and stakeholder oversight from Washington, D.C. You will manage teams, budgets, and external partners to ensure efficient facilities operations.

The role requires architectural education (Master or Bachelor), strong experience in space planning, project management, and green/ADA standards, plus fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or Bachelor’s degree with related training in agile, facilities or project management.
• 4 years of progressive experience with Master's degree; 6 years with Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related fields.
• Experience in architectural design, construction, facilities operations, space planning, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HQ space planning, inventory, utilization analysis, and data reporting.
• Direct project managers, technicians, and vendors to deliver on priorities.
• Oversee construction, relocations, and space management aligned with institutional priorities.
• Manage HQ projects from scope to post-occupancy, controlling schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with codes, ADA, LEED/WELL standards, and sustainability goals.
• Prepare space-strategy reports and presentations for executives; improve tools and methods.
