Job summary

Inter-American Development Bank is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Services Specialist / Senior Associate to lead and coordinate a team managing HQ facilities and regional offices. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture (or relevant equivalent) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture considered with relevant experience.
• Training in agile, facilities, or project management desirable.
• Experience in corporate real estate or facilities management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HQ space planning, inventory, utilization analysis and reporting.
• Direct project managers, technical specialists, and vendors; foster collaboration.
• Oversee construction, relocations, and space management activities aligning with priorities.
• Lead HQ projects from scope through design, construction and occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, LEED and WELL standards.
