Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Manager, Corporate Programs to own CORA and Planning initiatives, coordinating across IT, data, and engineering to deliver complex program roadmaps. You will turn ambiguous requirements into actionable plans and guide them to execution with visibility to senior leadership.

In this role you will maintain program rhythms, run end-to-end QBRs, OKRs, and dependencies, and ensure scalable enablement resources.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous inputs into clear, actionable plans.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to translate requirements into tooling or processes.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence; experience leveraging AI to automate workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own CORA and Planning programs end-to-end across the organization.
• Translate complex process challenges into scalable solutions with executive visibility.
• Lead program governance, including QBRs, OKRs, dependencies, and audits.
• Partner with IT, data, and engineering teams for technical builds.
• Maintain enablement resources (guidance, policies, FAQs, training materials).
• Identify scalable solutions to systemic process and tooling challenges.
