Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Manager, Corporate Programs to lead two high-visibility cross-functional initiatives: CORA (Change Oversight & Risk Assessment) and Planning (Executive QBRs, OKRs, dependencies). You will translate complex process challenges into scalable solutions with visibility to senior leadership.

You will own end-to-end programs, partner with IT, data and engineering, and drive operating rhythms, reporting, and governance while building enablement resources and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 6 years in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives.
• Ability to turn ambiguous inputs into clear, actionable plans and drive them to completion.
• Experience partnering with technical teams and translating business requirements into tooling or process solutions.
• Proficiency in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and AI-enabled automation to accelerate workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication to facilitate senior stakeholder dialogues and drive outcomes.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to understand internal customer pain points and create solutions prioritized into a clear roadmap
• Drive Executive QBR planning cycles end-to-end, from company guidance through to final outputs
• Maintain CORA’s operating rhythms including weekly and monthly reporting, and represent CORA during audits and compliance exams with internal and external stakeholders including regulators
• Partner with technical teams (IT, data, engineering) when solutions require more complex technical builds
• Maintain all enablement resources including guidance, policies, procedures, FAQs, training materials, and AI agents
• Identify and implement scalable solutions to systemic process and tooling challenges across both programs
