Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support public company operations, SEC filings, and governance. You will prepare and review EDGAR reports, track Section 16 filings, and assist with annual stockholder meetings.

Reporting to the VP, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, this hybrid role requires in-office presence in San Francisco and occasional travel. The base salary range is 114000–191400 USD, with potential bonus and equity

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience as a corporate paralegal supporting public company operations.
• Direct experience with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Section 16 Forms 3/4/5, Proxy Statements) and EDGAR submissions.
• Proven board portal management and subsidiary entity maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SEC filings and EDGAR submissions.
• Draft Section 16 reports for officers and directors and maintain compliance logs.
• Support annual stockholder meeting planning and logistics.
