Job summary

Fleetio is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to scale the Legal Department as the company grows. You will independently draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and drive efficient contract workflows across business teams.

You will partner with attorneys and stakeholders to manage lifecycle processes, improve templates, and implement scalable contracting practices while supporting compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of paralegal experience, incl. in-house corporate matters.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts with limited attorney supervision.
• Experience managing contract matters directly with business stakeholders and external counterparties.
• Ability to design or improve legal workflows, templates, and playbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Independently review, draft, redline, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, amendments, order forms, and vendor agreements.
• Manage contract matters from intake through execution with internal stakeholders and attorneys.
• Serve as a trusted Legal Department resource on contracts, processes, and vendor matters.
• Identify issues and escalate risks requiring attorney review when needed.
• Help develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and approved workflows.
