Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Experience supporting commercial transactions and contracts lifecycle.
• California paralegal requirements alignment.
• Strong document management, deadlines tracking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, track and coordinate vendor, supplier, and licensing agreements.
• Assist with drafts, redlines, renewals and amendments under attorney direction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for approvals and signatures.
• Organize corporate records and manage outside counsel engagements.
