Job summary

Jobot, an established law firm with offices across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support entity management and corporate governance. The role requires 7+ years in a corporate or transactional paralegal capacity within a law firm and hands-on experience with M&A transactions and financing deals.

You will handle corporate records, resolutions, consents, governance documents, and manage filings across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal in a law firm setting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A transactions and financing deals.
• Experience preparing and maintaining corporate records, resolutions, consents, and governance documents.
• Experience managing entity formation, qualification, and compliance filings across multiple jurisdictions.
