Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support our transactional practice in the MD area. This on-site, permanent role offers a $100,000–$125,000 annual range and requires a proven background in corporate and transactional work.

Primary duties include assisting with M&A transactions, financing deals, and maintaining corporate records, resolutions, consents, and governance documents across multiple jurisdictions. A 7+ year background in a law firm setting is required. Location: Mays Chapel, MD.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal in a law firm setting (in-house-only experience does not meet this requirement).
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A transactions and financing deals
• Experience preparing and maintaining corporate records, resolutions, consents, and governance documents
• Experience managing entity formation, qualification, and compliance filings across multiple jurisdictions
