Jobot, an established law firm with offices across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support entity management and corporate governance. The role requires 7+ years in a corporate or transactional paralegal capacity within a law firm and hands-on experience with M&A transactions and financing deals.

You will handle corporate records, resolutions, consents, governance documents, and manage filings across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance

Senior Corporate Paralegal — Entity Management & Corporate Governance

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year.

We are an established law firm with multiple offices across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, known for a sophisticated corporate and transactional practice. Our team supports clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and complex entity structuring matters, and we are looking to add an experienced corporate paralegal to support that work.

Job Details

• 7+ years of experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal in a law firm setting (in-house-only experience does not meet this requirement)
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A transactions and financing deals
• Experience preparing and maintaining corporate records, resolutions, consents, and governance documents
• Experience managing entity formation, qualification, and compliance filings across multiple jurisdictions
