Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in legal research and document management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports on corporate legal matters.
• Manage corporate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Support attorneys in preparing for meetings, transactions, and legal proceedings.
• Maintain and update corporate databases and documentation.
