• Draft & negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, investment documents, and more.
• Handle M&A due diligence and represent buyers and sellers throughout transactions.
• Advise clients on corporate governance.
• Assist with private securities offerings and securities law compliance.
• Work directly with clients, boards, and opposing counsel.
