Wheels, Inc. seeks a Paralegal II to provide advanced legal support in the corporate department. The role emphasizes contracts, governance, compliance, and regulatory matters, with the ability to work independently and balance priorities across departments.

You will assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing contracts, manage contract workflows, and support entity management while mentoring junior paralegals and driving process improvements. Hybrid role in IL/GA.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, or related field preferred.
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program required.
• 8+ years of paralegal experience with corporate in-house teams.
• Experience with contract management, governance, or compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate routine contracts under attorney supervision.
• Maintain contract management systems and track key terms.
• Assist in improving contract workflows and playbooks.
• Support entity management and corporate governance activities.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory monitoring across functions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel as needed.
• Support litigation and risk management processes and document management.
