Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced corporate/M&A attorney to join a growing Business & Finance team in southeastern Pennsylvania. The role offers ownership of matters, high responsibility, and long-term client relationships in an established firm.

The successful candidate will handle M&A, general corporate and commercial transactions, and draft complex deal documents. PA Bar is required; NJ admission is a plus.

• 7+ years in corporate practice.

• PA Bar required; NJ admission a plus.
