Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney – Warrington, PA

A prominent national law firm with a strong, growth-focused corporate practice is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its dynamic team in suburban Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced transactional environment and wants to take on meaningful responsibility while working closely with sophisticated clients.

In this role, you will handle a mix of buy-side and sell-side M&A, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters. You’ll play a key part in drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, supporting venture financings, and advising on corporate governance issues. Candidates who bring a working knowledge of corporate and partnership tax concepts will be especially well-positioned for success.

You will join a collaborative, supportive practice where associates are encouraged to take ownership of matters and engage directly with clients. The team values sharp analytical thinking, strong drafting skills, and the confidence to manage routine transactions independently. Prior experience with NVCA forms is highly beneficial.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of corporate/transactional experience.
