The role involves handling sophisticated mid-market corporate transactions, including M&A, financings, and general corporate counseling, with day-one responsibility and collaboration across offices. A clear path to partnership is available and relocation is possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate transactional law experience including M&A, financing, and governance.
• Expertise in drafting core deal documents and interfacing directly with clients.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple matters and deadlines.
