Regions Bank is seeking a Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist in Atlanta, GA, to orchestrate closing for complex commercial loans. You will collect and analyze documents, mitigate issues, and coordinate with borrowers, counsel, and lenders to ensure accurate, compliant closings.

The role requires 8 years in financial services, strong knowledge of real estate due diligence and syndicated transactions, and a focus on timely, precise execution.

Qualifikationen

• Eight (8) years of related financial services industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance requirements and other property due diligence necessary for real estate transactions
• Advanced knowledge of syndicated transactions and ability to collaborate with Capital Markets and other lenders

Aufgaben

• Draft and review loan documentation for high complexity commercial loans in a multi-state environment.
• Engage with the deal team on forecasting loan pipeline and due diligence requirements.
• Review attorney-prepared loan packages for syndicated loans as agent or non-agent lender.
• Identify risks related to documentation, policy, or regulatory requirements and remediate before closing.
• Ensure loan closes per approval and documentation conforms to loan policy.
• Coordinate with business partners during the closing process and maintain data integrity.
• Lead training on loan documentation and compliance for team members.
