Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 6+ years of experience – 3+ years public accounting and 3+ years corporate accounting.
• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP, external reporting, consolidations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate external financial statements, footnotes, and schedules.
• Own external reporting calendar and coordinate with accounting teams and external auditors.
• Perform analytical review of consolidated results for accuracy before reporting.
• Develop, maintain accounting policies and ensure consistency across locations.
