Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Corporate Financial Controller to uphold financial integrity across nationwide operations. You will ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and sound practices supporting project teams and employee ownership.

The role requires GAAP expertise, Workday proficiency, and leadership experience within a large organization, with the chance to influence strategic financial decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA licensure preferred or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and disclosures per GAAP.
• Develop, implement and monitor internal controls over financial reporting.
• Coordinate and support external audits with documentation and explanations.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and research complex issues for standards compliance.
• Lead and mentor accounting professionals, promoting high-quality output.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and IT to optimize financial processes.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
