Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Operational Controller to direct the operations accounting function, leading a small team and serving as the primary architect for the department's talent strategy.

This senior role communicates financial risks and opportunities to the executive team. Responsibilities include ownership of revenue/margin recognition, KPI synthesis for enterprise trends, and collaboration with Operations Managers to forecast project volumes.

Qualifications

• Expert-level GAAP knowledge, ASC 606 for long-term construction projects.
• Experience with EPC, Electrical Subcontracting, and Manufacturing business units.
• Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Business Suite or similar ERP packages.

Responsabilités

• Owns revenue and margin recognition cycle and cash flow forecasting.
• Synthesizes KPIs and communicates forecasts to senior leadership.
• Reviews project revenue and cost projections with Operations Managers.
• Leads succession planning, hiring, and onboarding for the operations accounting team.
• Establishes internal control frameworks and drives automation of financial tech.
