Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to shape and execute the strategic vision across business units. This role oversees regional teams and drives development, integration, and continuous improvement of project controls systems.

You will partner with executive leadership to align project controls strategies with corporate goals, lead enterprise initiatives including digital transformation and predictive analytics, and mentor future leaders within the PCG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive experience in project controls or construction operations, including multi-regional leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and enterprise-wide implementation of project controls frameworks, tools, and KPIs.
• Oversee regional Managers, Project Controls, and ensure consistency and excellence in execution across all geographies.
• Partner with executive leadership to align project controls strategies with corporate goals, financial targets, and operational risk management.
• Drive innovation in project controls through the adoption of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics for forecasting and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain enterprise standards for WBS, cost control, scheduling, and reporting.
• Lead enterprise audits and performance reviews to assess project health and identify systemic improvements.
• Mentor and develop a pipeline of future leaders within the PCG, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Represent Rosendin in industry forums, client engagements, and strategic partnerships related to project controls.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of project controls systems with enterprise platforms.
• Lead enterprise training programs and change management initiatives to support new tools, processes, and cultural shifts.
