Job summary

The Senior Accountant, Corporate Finance at Wabtec has a central role in monthly close, global consolidation, and corporate-level reporting. You will support SEC filings, intercompany reconciliations, and technical accounting research while partnering with IT, Treasury, FP&A, and Internal Audit to drive process improvements.

This position offers significant learning opportunities across our businesses and interaction with the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• CPA or similar certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K) in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Lead components of the corporate month-end close for the corporate segment.
• Support intercompany reconciliation and global consolidation across 200+ entities.
