BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) in Cupertino seeks a Senior Planner - Corporate Services to lead high-touch meetings and events in a fast-paced technology environment. You will manage concepts through reconciliation, partnering with clients, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver polished, attendee-focused experiences with precision and style.

This role requires juggling details, solving problems quickly, and maintaining program momentum.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of event planning experience with a strong track record of delivering complex programs on time and on budget.
• International event planning experience and familiarity with group air coordination.
• Creative, solutions-oriented mindset that helps you improve the attendee experience and bring fresh ideas to each program.
• Experience working with meeting technology tools and maintaining accurate data, reporting, and billing details throughout the event lifecycle.
• A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and comfort operating in a demanding, detail-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end meetings and events, including sourcing, contracting, planning, attendee management, onsite execution, and reconciliations.
• Lead complex programs with multiple workstreams, tight timelines, and VIP-level service expectations.
• Build strong client and supplier relationships and negotiate cost-conscious solutions that elevate the experience.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to keep details aligned.
