Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Meeting Planner to join our client-facing team. You will lead event planning from site selection to onsite execution, managing budgets, timelines and vendor contracts to ensure flawless results.

In this hybrid role based in Cupertino, CA with 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM hours, you will collaborate across teams, communicate clearly with clients, and deliver memorable experiences while supporting growth and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years as a meeting planner in the industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Act as main client contact and ensure milestones are met.
• Research venues to meet client specifications.
• Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and coordinate registrations.
• Coordinate attendee communications and timelines with hotels and venues.
• Ensure smooth onsite execution and data integrity across systems.
