Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional event management experience.
• Experience planning and executing corporate or large-scale events.
• Financial services industry experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with event registration platforms, event websites, and other digital event tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Jersey City, NJ.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of multiple large-scale corporate events.
• Assist with event budgets, timelines, logistics, and project coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Communications, Sales, and stakeholders.
• Manage external vendor relationships (catering, AV, décor, and other event services).
• Manage event websites, registration platforms, and other digital tools.
• Coordinate travel and accommodations for speakers, attendees, and staff.
• Provide on-site event management support, including registration and on-site logistics.
• Track event deliverables and milestones.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and KPI reviews.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
