You will source, evaluate, negotiate, and close partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities, collaborating with Strategy, Finance, Legal, and R&D to shape the company's future and create value for patients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in relevant industries.
• Experience in corporate development, business development, finance, investing, strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting and/or executing strategic transactions including M&A, licensing, partnerships, or other business development.
• Ability to evaluate technologies, markets, and opportunities and assess fit with strategies.
• Strong financial, analytical, and modeling skills and market assessments.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead corporate development activities for Intuitive's da Vinci and Ion units.
• Identify and assess external technologies, companies, and market opportunities.
• Lead or support all phases of transactions: sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop financial analyses, valuation models, and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with external companies, investors, advisors, entrepreneurs, and partners.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and executive review.
