Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a corporate development leader to drive sourcing, evaluation and execution of strategic deals for its da Vinci and Ion business units, including equity investments, partnerships, licenses and M&A.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop financial analyses, and prepare execution-ready materials for senior leadership while maintaining active external relationships with investors, advisors and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate development, partnerships, investments, and M&A.
• Strong financial modeling and strategic analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate development for the da Vinci and Ion units across sourcing, evaluation, and execution of partnerships, investments, licensing, and M&A opportunities.
• Identify and assess external technologies, companies, and market opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead or support all phases of transactions: sourcing, diligence, structuring, negotiation, contracting, and closing.
