Job summary

GBCI seeks a Credit Portfolio Risk Manager to coordinate and enhance credit risk analytics, reporting, and governance across loan portfolios. You will work with senior management, auditors, and regulators to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will lead model validation, risk assessments, and due diligence for new products, while guiding data governance and system implementations to support risk-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial banking or credit portfolio management.
• Knowledge of ACL/CECL methodologies and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and oversee ACL/CECL model performance and reporting.
• Coordinate credit risk reporting to management, committees, and regulators.
• Support data governance and data reconciliation across loan portfolios.
• Assist in due diligence for product changes and acquisitions.
• Oversee loan origination systems and related vendor engagements.
• Communicate complex credit risk matters to senior leadership in writing and verbally.
