You will structure, draft, and negotiate complex software licensing and technology agreements, working with product, business development, and engineering to move fast and creatively balance risk with business needs.

You will manage multiple deals, provide pragmatic legal advice, and help shape partnerships while ensuring compliance and scalable processes across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent.

Responsibilities
