Amazon seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to support product development across its device portfolio. You will negotiate, draft, and advise on complex commercial matters that drive technology and business forward.

A day in the life includes strategic legal counseling, contract negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on international consumer electronics manufacturing, AI, wearables, and smart devices. JD and 5+ years’ experience required.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
