Responsibilities

• Lead product counsel on strategic initiatives, product launches, and commercial matters for the Alexa business.
• Advise product, engineering, and business teams on legal considerations and risks related to AI-powered products, voice technology, consumer devices, and digital services.
• Structure, draft, negotiate, and advise on complex technology, licensing, distribution, marketing, and commercial agreements.
• Provide practical legal guidance in IP, privacy, consumer protection, digital media, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Counsel teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-launch operations.
