ISUZU NORTH AMERICA CORPORATION is seeking a senior Managing Counsel – Corporate in Anaheim to guide strategic transactions and corporate governance. You will advise executive leadership, lead complex deals, and shape policy, risk management, and compliance across the organization.

The role requires a JD, CA bar eligibility, and 10+ years in corporate law, with a track record of independent judgment and cross-functional leadership.

Formación

• JD from ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (CA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible legal experience in corporate/commercial matters.
• Proven ability to present to senior management and lead high-visibility matters.
• Experience managing outside counsel and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Leads complex commercial and strategic transactions.
• Counsels on finance, technology, AI, cybersecurity, data, and digital initiatives.
• Advises on corporate governance, entity management, and board matters.
• Provides strategic legal advice to executives on enterprise risk and business initiatives.
• Develops legal policies, templates, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
