Isuzu North America is seeking a Managing Counsel – Corporate to serve as a senior member of the Legal Department, providing practical, business-oriented advice on corporate and commercial initiatives. This role acts as lead advisor for complex transactions and governance, partnering with executives to manage risk and drive long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
• Active U.S. jurisdiction bar membership; California preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex commercial and strategic transactions.
• Counsel on finance, technology, AI, cybersecurity, data, and digital initiatives.
• Advise on corporate governance, entity management, internal approvals, and board matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice to executive leadership on significant initiatives and enterprise risk.
• Develop legal policies, templates, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
