Job summary

Logicbroker is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our growing team in New York. You will provide broad legal support across commercial transactions, compliance, and corporate matters for a high-growth SaaS/eCommerce business.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in commercial law, strong negotiation skills, and experience with data privacy, IP, and governance. This role offers hybrid flexibility, collaborating with revenue, product, and business teams.

Qualifications

• JD required and in good standing in New York or able to obtain.
• 7+ years of experience in law firm or in-house commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, eCommerce, and B2B contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, eCommerce, and partnership contracts.
• Develop scalable contract templates and playbooks with revenue and product teams.
• Advise on data privacy, data security, IP, and compliance issues.
• Support corporate governance, vendor management, and IP portfolio activities.
• Improve legal processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Manage outside counsel across multiple areas.
