Job summary

Confluence, a leading North American investment data firm, is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its global legal team. You will be the principal advisor on commercial and regulatory matters for the North America region, negotiating complex SaaS and technology contracts and guiding risk-aware business decisions.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer in Boston, you will collaborate with product, sales and operations, manage a high-volume contract pipeline, and help shape our data

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with bar admission in MA or PA.
• 5–7+ years of corporate and transactional experience at a major U.S. law firm.
• Experience drafting and negotiating B2B technology contracts, data protection and privacy.
• Ability to manage a high-volume contract pipeline and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities
