Responsibilities

• Review contracts, policies, and NDAs; draft memoranda.
• Conduct internal investigations and respond to government agencies.
• Advise on employment, OSHA, compliance, and related issues.
• Train employees on workplace rules and policies and maintain records.
• Balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
