You will supervise cost accounting staff, organize daily to monthly cost reports, monitor budgets, ensure expense compliance, review inventory accuracy, and coordinate with plant management to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Office software and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the cost accounting staff and coordinate workload.
• Lead preparation of daily to monthly cost and production reports.
• Organize and review budgets and track performance against budget.
• Review cost control and manufacturing expenses for compliance.
• Review statistical statements for accuracy and alignment with records.
• Oversee product cost accounting for plant product lines.
• Prepare production quotas and ensure fair quota implementation.
• Administer inventory check system and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor work-in-process inventory and drive month-end reductions.
• Update policies to support cost control and productivity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
