Overview

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an experienced mergers & acquisitions attorney with 10+ years of experience for its Corporate business unit for its Scottsdale, AZ office. This attorney will be responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents and merger and acquisition documents. This attorney will be expected to interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types. Candidates with strong business development experience is a plus. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Ability to thrive in a team environment and strong academic credentials are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range at the time of posting is $275,000 - $300,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors including qualifications, experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short-term disability, long-term disability, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
