Higher Recruitment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney licensed in Minnesota with 8+ years in corporate, commercial, and M&A matters.

You may bring an established book of business or enter at a junior-partner level with opportunities to build and grow a long-term practice. The role offers a hybrid arrangement with three days per week in the Minnesota office and the chance to serve as outside general counsel for business clients, delivering practical, business-focused legal

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar.
• 8+ years of legal experience in corporate, commercial, and/or M&A matters.
• Experience as outside general counsel strongly preferred.
• Established book of business preferred or demonstrated ability to develop one.
• Junior-partner-level opportunity available for the right candidate.

Responsabilités

• Advise businesses on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters.
• Serve as outside general counsel to business clients.
• Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, business formation, restructuring, and strategic matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Manage and expand an existing book of business, where applicable.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and practice growth.
• Counsel clients on legal risks while providing practical, business-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal services.
