Job summary

Latitude is seeking a Corporate Attorney for a full-time, hybrid role in Minneapolis. You will handle corporate, securities, and M&A matters as part of an experienced legal team at a leading financial services organization.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years of corporate transactional experience, strong drafting & negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; Minnesota bar is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with securities and M&A matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; can manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal counsel on corporate, securities, and M&A matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate engagement and confidentiality agreements and other documents.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on legal considerations affecting transactions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and assist with disputes and third-party matters.
