Job summary

The attorney will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, enhance contract processes, and train internal partners on legal obligations. A strong background in contract review and negotiation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law.
• Experience with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• In-house experience with contract analytics software is a plus.

Responsibilities
