You will partner with shared services, SMT members, and functional leaders to drive financial discipline and strategic insights.

The role emphasizes month-end closes, planning cycles, and cash flow forecasting, with responsibilities across legacy Berry entities and global consolidation.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of working experience in finance with hands-on accounting and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage month-end close, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate cost controlling and finance partnering for functional leaders.
• Coordinate planning cycles and ensure timely budget and forecast submissions.
• Oversee month-end closings and management reporting for US entities.
• Support cash flow forecasting and SAP FI/CO based reporting.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and ad hoc projects (tax, M&A).
