Job summary

Atrium in Orlando is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead corporate accounting operations across multiple entities. You will ensure timely GAAP reporting, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and strong internal controls. This role requires strategic oversight and operational excellence.

Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash reporting, and partner on an ERP implementation to design chart of accounts and data conversion for scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership of corporate or multi-entity teams.
• Strong experience with financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, and multi-entity reporting.
• Experience with ERP selection or implementation and data conversion.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cash reporting and translating cash activity into GAAP reporting.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills with focus on improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate accounting team and deliver monthly and consolidated GAAP statements within 10 business days after month-end.
• Own intercompany reconciliations, payroll accounting, loan and REO reporting, and full-cycle accounting with strong controls.
• Oversee cash reporting and cash-to-GAAP reconciliation; partner with CFO on budgeting and capital planning.
• Collaborate with CFO and systems leader on ERP implementation, including chart of accounts design and data conversion.
