Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of accounting experience; 5+ years as a controller.
• Experience with a multi-entity organization with $200M+ revenue.
• AEC experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial health of the company, overseeing procedures and systems for accurate records and informed finance decisions.
• Lead audits including financial, overhead, DCAA, AASHTO, and retirement plan audits; ensure compliance and reporting continuity.
• Monitor budgets, establish schedules, and analyze variances to achieve budget objectives.
