Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting teams and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Lead and develop accounting team and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements across entities.
• Coordinate with auditors and support the annual audit.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA preferred
