The ideal candidate has a CPA, 10+ years in accounting, and 5+ years in supervision, with NetSuite ERP experience and proven success in ERP implementations and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close.
• 5+ years supervisory experience leading, mentoring, and developing accounting teams.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Strong project management and change management skills with the ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
