Job summary

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a senior accounting leader to partner with top management in implementing technology solutions and improving reporting across the organization. The role requires extensive accounting experience, ERP know‑how, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close.
5+ years supervisory experience leading accounting teams.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
Demonstrated ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and process improvement.
