Job summary

Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Assistant Controller to partner with leadership, drive technology solutions, and strengthen accounting controls. This full-time role focuses on improving reporting, processes, and overall organizational efficiency.

The position requires extensive accounting experience, supervision, and ERP expertise, including NetSuite implementations and automation initiatives. A CPA is preferred, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close.
• 5+ years supervisory experience leading, mentoring, and developing accounting teams.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Strong project management and change management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
