Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Corporate Controller in San Jose, CA to lead corporate accounting for a multi-billion-dollar, employee-owned organization. You will oversee senior accounting leaders across AP, AR, GL and related functions, strengthening governance and building scalable reporting systems.

The role requires a CPA, 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, and success leading enterprise ERP implementations (Oracle preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Progressive accounting experience and leadership in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop accounting managers and guide succession planning.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements and complex accounting.
• Lead audit and tax oversight and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL and payroll operations.
• Partner with FP&A and executives to analyze results and support strategic initiatives.
• Drive ERP optimization and transformation of reporting workflows.
